One thing history has taught us is this, there is never a vacuum of leadership. When things are going good someone is in charge. When things are going bad someone is in charge. During difficult times and times of great transition new leaders will emerge.
The question is whether we will choose good qualified leaders or poor unqualified bad leaders.
America is in a very challenging time as is the world. In all areas, politics, business, faith, public health we are faced with choices that will affect generations to come. New leaders will rise. The question is what type of leadership will we embrace and encourage. In times of crisis good people must step up, often at great personal cost and sacrifice because if they don’t bad leaders will step into the vacuum. If you consider yourself a future leader now is a good time to put yourself in the game.
